Shipping Policy
In addition to being delicious, chocolate is delicate. Therefore we carefully pack your chocolates and ship via FedEx. We recommend you ship your order to a location where someone will be available to receive it as soon as it arrives!

During the warm summer months (May through September) we will take additional precautions, including using cold packs, suggesting optimum shipping days, and restricting shipping options during extremely hot weather.

When shipping your order we use the utmost care to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged in some way, please let us know as soon as possible! We'll arrange for replacement of damaged products, but cannot refund shipping charges.
