Bittersweet Fun
Fact:
The name Macaroon comes from the Italian word 'maccarone',
which means almond paste. In the early 20th century, Pierre
Desfontaines sandwiched two Macaroon cookies around chocolate
ganache and brought us the much-loved modern version of
the cookie. We're still not sure how the coconut ball got
the same name...
What would a chocolate
shop be without a luscious Brownie? For that matter, what
would it be without a great Chocolate Chip Cookie? Or Cinnamon
Hot Chocolate Cake? Pear Chocolate Ginger Muffin? Mocha
Crisp Cookie? Chocolate Nib Scone? Chocolate Dulce de Leche
Pudding?
Bittersweet's bakers
use some of the world's finest chocolates to explode your
taste buds and redefine your notion of yum.
